My journey into health coaching started with my own struggles when I was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disease, Hashimoto's, in 2016. I remember feeling lost and confused when I thought I was doing all the right things but I was exhausted, irritable, and still not getting results. Sound familiar? Turns out, there's way more to it than fad diets or short term eliminations. So much of healthy living starts with your mindset not just what you put in your mouth!
As your Health Coach, my #1 goal is to help you shift your relationship with food and exercise so you can live your best life! We will dig into your current lifestyle and habits to figure out what's serving you and what isn't!
